I brought my car here, because I started to smell something burning. It was a Saturday, and I was set to leave town on Monday, so I wanted to get it checked out before traveling. I was informed that they didnt find anything wrong with the car, and that I was probably driving around with the parking brake on. My car died while I was driving the next day. The issue was that my battery had loose connections, and one of the cables melting is what I was smelling. If Goodyear had looked at my battery, they would have seen the issue, but they didnt even do that.

11/10 recommend this location. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I went for a simple, tire rotation, only to find out that I had a nail that was not fixable due to its location near the sidewall. While this was upsetting as my tires were just a year old, Mr. Thien Nguyen and Mr Taylor Boyd made sure to explain my options thoroughly. They also took me into the shop to see it myself, so I knew they werent exaggerating whatsoever. Additionally, they found that work I had paid to get done at a different location was never properly done, therefore they took the time to fix the other locations negligence and make it right. I am very satisfied with my experience. I will always tell people to go to this Goodyear in ocean springs as I am now a loyal customer for sure.
