Doctors are great...The only problem that I have there is no privacy when checking in. They ask you personal questions aloud. EVERYONE in the waiting room knows my birth date, age my name, my phone number, address and my illness. PLEASE CHANGE THIS!!!

Every time I call no one answers the phone. I usually just get so frustrated that I walk in and ask the questions in person. They need a better answering service instead of letting the phone ring off the hook. Please do better. Thank you

If you have a possible broken bone, theres no need to go here. Twice in the last year weve been here with a broken toe and a broken arm and both times there was no one available to work the x-ray machine. Theyll tell you this *after* they take your co-pay.

Rude Receptionist's! Breakfast seems to be a first priority then patient care. Eating needs to be away from patient care area for all employess!. Destiny at the reception desk put your Slim Jim's away and eat them away from the desk and patients. Watching you chew is really stomach turning and very unprofessional.

I came here as a walk-in after about a week of coughing, difficulty breathing, and chest pain due to my severe cough. As soon as I came in the door the receptionist sighed and responded rudely, telling me there will be an hour and a half wait in hopes that I just turned around and walked out. I wrote down my symptoms and the receptionist refused to check me in, telling me I had to go to the ER because I had chest pain even though it's from my lungs and not my heart. I disregarded her advice since she's not a medical professional, and went to the Pascagoula clinic instead, where the NP saw me in less than 20 minutes and sent me on my way with some antibiotics and cough medicine.
I wouldn't recommend anyone going here unless you want to be disregarded and referred to the hospital just so the receptionist doesn't have to do her job.
