        Lied on review. I was there about 3 min. I was not evaluated or eyes checked, ears or nothing. I was only asked questions about medicine and freq. Which was almost daily, they write down lies and do not record any information given to them.

        I repeatedly asked them to send my file back to the VA. It's been going on over for months and these greedy people are still holding on to it. I already received my exams from a va-certified dr. Yet Deli chili refuses to send my file back just denying me my veterans benefits
