To be honest... you could see the illegal activity as soon as you get to the room and glance around! The non smoking room smelt of cigarettes... the smoking room had no ashtrays! The bathtub was sticky... the walls were sticky, wet, and seemed to leak or drain or something! I enjoyed the stay until my Wife was packing up to go and there was a roach on her pillow! Then everything was gloom...
Edit: I forgot about the television not working at all... we figured not to ask or rock the boat! And dealt with it... we were in town for a boxing event, we jus needed somewhere to sleep, which worked fine!

When we checked in, I could not believe how filthy it was first of all, dirty carpet, ashes by bed, stains on the sheets, ripped curtain and smelled awful. I went to front desk to cancel the room and even she agreed how terrible the rooms. Do not waste your money or time with getting a room at this one. That was absolutely the worst and nastiest motel I have ever seen in my 47 years.

This place is INFESTED with roaches!!! Plus+++ they called the LAW on me for taking too long to move my stuff out... I was told at 11 they were fully booked and i had 20 minutes to leave. It was noon when the cops showed up... im a wyndham member and i thought per wyndham that that is a usual late check out-at the earliest... Definitly NOT an invite for the local sheriffs office to rummage through my life belongings..( i had alot of my stuff with me because i was waiting for my apt to be ready) and harrass my significant other trying to atrest him because his name didnt come back with history. Hello!!! We stay to ourselves and dont engage in "local riff raff" so there wont be any history... this was the worst hotel experience. And its hard to forget about them when ur moving into a new place, unpacking, and literally have to shake out and kiLL any random roaches that decided to hitch a ride from that nasty hotel...i swear i was only there 2.5 days and killed at least 5-6 roaches or more a day! Never again

Carpets stained and cigarette burns in various places. Room smelled of mildew. Greeted by roaches. The lobby coffee was weak but adequate. Dilapidated and rusted furnishings. Even the low rate doesn't explain some of the conditions. Several places to eat nearby and close to the beach. The pool looked like a science experiment. Staff was very friendly and helpful, but during a 3 night stay no service was rendered. Fairly certain there was blood on one of the towels when I first checked in. The plus sides: the most comfortable bed I've slept on in a hotel, shower was high pressured and immediately hot.
