I have been using this pharmacy for about 7 years and have NEVER had any issues. Jessie is wonderful and so are most of his employees. However, Melissa gives me issues EVERY SINGLE TIME I go there if Jessie is not there. She even started bad talking me in the store with other customers inside. She is rude and very unprofessional. Jessie, I would appreciate a call so that we could talk or I can call on Tuesday which is when they said you will return. Thank you! 01/26/24 Went there again today and to no surprise had problems again. Was told that my profile was locked and that they could not fill any of my medicine. Absolutely ridiculous.

UPDATE (9/23) I have been using this pharmacy since I moved here 4 yrs ago, and wouldn't go anywhere else. They now have an app you can use to communicate with the pharmacy, submit refill requests, and keep track of all things MEDS (incl. over-the-counter stuff you might want). The Dr. and techs are always knowledgeable and helpful. UPDATE: This is THE BEST PHARMACY!! I was given a script that I couldn't get filled ANYWHERE due to cost and other issues. No other pharmacy carries the medicine. But Jesse worked with me and got me the medicine when I couldn't find it anywhere else!! DEFINITELY recommend POLKS!! This is THE BEST PHARMACY!! So helpful and polite! Plus, they look for ways to help save money with insurance filings or paying cash if necessary, and if you need to, you can wait while they fill the script (no long wait times). I wouldn't get my meds from any other pharmacy!
