Be ready to be treated like a stupid idiot when you try to select your wash then pay. They come right up to your drivers window to confront you with a big sign and push selling a membership which I have never wanted. Today I politely stated I didn't want any help and was treated VERY rudely by the "assistant manager" who told me that was his job and that I could go elsewhere. I did, and always will in the future. He could have said simply “ok, but I’m here if you doâ€. There was absolutely no reason for the way he treated me. Obviously, they're more interested in milking more money from people than treating their customers with respect. I’d never had a problem before today, but after that unnecessary episode, I’ll always go elsewhere. I will also recommend my family and friends do the same.
