        I will say I like the food and coffee here but their service is so bad it makes it really hard to ever want to go back. I have dietary restrictions so there are a limit number of food items I can have on their menu. I ordered food and paid, only for them to tell me 30 minutes later they didn't have an ingredient for the item I ordered and they couldn't make it. They made me an alternative item that was less expensive than the item I ordered. There was no offer of reimbursement, compensation, etc. This is also the SECOND time this has happened. Needless to say I will no longer be coming back here.

        I really used to enjoy coming here but the staff has changed and the service is poor. Poorly managed at this point but perhaps theyll bounce back.
