I came in from out of town for my sisters wedding and made an appointment to have my hair curled for her wedding. The girl only curled my hair- no teasing, no extra styling, no pinning, and charged me $45. Had the curls held, I would have been okay paying so much just for curls. However, my appointment was at 11 am, and by 1 pm the curls had already fallen out. I called the salon to see if someone could fix it and the woman I spoke to on the phone said that they couldnt fix it until later this afternoon, which was too close to the start of the wedding. I asked if someone else could fix it and she told me no, that it needed to be the same hair stylist. I was in tears over how my hair ended up looking and Im so upset that they werent willing to help more. I dont want to post the name of the stylist because I dont want to hurt her feelings, and I wouldnt have even written a review if the salon wouldve been more willing to help me. Service: Hairstyling
