It's not easy to put your trust into many people, places, and things these days but without hesitation I know my boys are in great care when they are at In The Zone. They attend before school care where the staff takes them to school on their own ITZ busses. They also attend after school care as well where ITZ busses pick them up from school and bring them to their amazing facility. They have staff that helps them complete their homework daily, organized games as well every afternoon. If you don't choose to put your kids here in the summer, you obviously don't love your kids. I say this because there is no summer program on the entire Gulf Coast that can compete with what ITZ does everyday with the kids. Once a week they take a "big" trip to places like NOLA for the Aquarium, the Insect museum, Gulf Shores to the water park, and a couple other places I honestly forgot about because my boys were on the move so much this past summer with ITZ. They go to the local water park at least once a week as well, splash pads, movies, skating, you name it. They make sure they get the kids out of the facility daily to keep the exciting fresh. The Burke family has done some amazing work with their ITZ locations and I hear there is another one opening soon in Long Beach. You'd be a fool if you didn't put your kid on the list once they open. Great people, amazing staff, and like my kids say when they do their little YouTube impressions "I give it a 10 outta 10!"

We love ITZ! All three of my children go there, and its great to know youre dropping your babies off where they will be loved and taken care of. Hard working & amazing employees, great environment, friendly faces. They are also extremely helpful, and will go out of their way for you. I highly recommend In the Zone!!

Will do the absolute bare minimum to just keep your child alive for the day while also getting paid. If a toddler does anything out of line or can't nap on their very first day they call you to come and get them. They won't deal with it. This only enforces and behavior because mommy and daddy come get them if they are bad. To me a daycare should also want to enrich the child's life and help the parents with any behaviors that need correcting. They should have empathy and want to see a child grow and learn. The daycare should be a huge part of that because often in today's world they spend more time with your child than even the parents do. Read the statistics. If children are kicked out of preschool for any behavior they are way more likely to wind up dropping out of high school and going to prison. But this daycare does not care. Their untrained staff wants to do nothing above the minimum and does not want to be bothered with anything hard. And that's the thing. Working on the hard things along with the parents can change a child's life so dramatically. Just like licking them out for not being quiet at nap their first three days can alter the child's life drastically. The lack of caring anything for my child really breaks my heart. My son isn't the easiest I know. But how behaviors are all correctable with just a little effort. EMPATHY, EFFORT, LOVE. These things are not present at In the Zone. ----updated, your reply is nothing but lies sir. I'd love for you to tell me this live where people could see. You kicked him out on his third day for not napping. Took our down payments and all. You do the absolute minimum and have no empathy in you. This place is like a chicken farm for children. Shame on you for being a liar.

Lets talk about In The Zone!!! I am a parent of a preschooler and a after schooler. I absolutely love Theresa,Natalie,Cassie and any staff really that Ive come in contact with including the owner Vincent. The staff have worked tirelessly with my little humans and I dont know a person on this earth that would put in as much time as this facility has. It really does bring me to tears at the amount of patience and love that Teresa has for her class. 12 tiny humans with all different personalities, Id quit before getting started! I honestly cant speak enough about how awesome this facility and staff members are! The time and love they have shows every single day. I am beyond grateful for each of you that play a major part in my childrens life! -The Crawfords Thank you In The Zone!

Would not recommend this babysitting service to anyone. They pride themselves on their website thats not what they are, but it is exactly that. There is no pre-school environment or learning. The website states that there is a teacher & two assistants present in each classroom; however, that is not true- its one STRESSED individual to 12 toddlers. They will call you to come pick your child up for any reason in the book. (Ex: its snack time & your child wont sit at the table- child is 3). Dont ask to see video proof of any incidents that they claim happen- as they can NOT show you. They will make accusations they are going to remove child from the program, then when confronted about what their behavior policy states a action plan and a conference which you never received- they will state we talked about it when we called you to come get him. The director Cassie is unprofessional and will lie to your face. They have understaffed under qualified individuals in the classroom. Mr owner also states in another review that their teachers are equipped to handle all children, this is not true. He hires anyone who will work. This daycare has the highest turn-over rates for teachers. Children thrive off stability and your children will not receive that at this facility. The children are not in their right age group. When confronting the director about moving a younger child up first she stated that they had new/younger teachers. Do not send your children to this mess of an establishment. I see that Mr. Owner states they provide a place for children to rest and relax if they are not napping, this is a lie- I have proof from other families, they call you to come get them. If your child is not dozing off by 11:30 AM they are calling to come pick up. They will take your money but you will be coming to pick up your child more than they are there.
