Called when they opened. They offered to send someone out immediately. Because I didn't have anyone at home at the time. We agreed on around lunch. They came around 1230. Said our blower motor on the furnace was bad. They replace it quickly. Now we have heat again!. Highly recommend.

Steve and his assistant Richard were extremely professional and did a wonderful job. The temperature in our home was 88 degrees while they were working, and they were positive and professional the entire day. They got our system installed and running in less than 8 hours. Vanessa in the office was very responsive and even brought us a portable AC unit while we waited for our install date. I highly recommend this company.

Came out to my house within a hour after I called them. Very respectful young man came and fixed air conditioner. Very happy with the service I received.

I spent almost $5,000 in May 2020 to get my entire HVAC/Heating system replaced that was nearly 20 years old. Everything worked great after year 1. When I got the system serviced before year 2, it was 2 pounds low on Freon. We topped off the Freon in hopes it might not have been fully charged during installation. I just got my unit serviced again before this season and it was another 2 pounds low so that indicates a leak. After using the dye test, there were 2 leaks in the evaporator coil which isnt even 3 years old and technically only made it through 1 season. I thought a new Carrier unit was being installed, BUT the coil installed was an ADP coil and it was mismatched with all other Carrier parts. Carrier makes a coil, I have no clue why a Carrier coil wasnt installed to begin with. After contacting Riddle, I was informed my warranty would cover parts, but my warranty does not cover Freon or any labor after 1 year after installation. This was very discouraging to hear after just 2-3 years of spending thousands on a brand new unit. My options now are to warranty out my ADP coil for another one and spend over $1,000 to get replaced OR I can buy a Carrier coil ($1,300) which is what should have been installed to begin with and then pay $1,000 to get it installed. I am not happy at all. This is not how I would conduct my business. Services: Installation, Heating system installation, Install thermostat, Install AC
