I usually enjoy raving about places, especially local businesses when they go above and beyond. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with business here. The first picture is the arrangement we had requested, but with white and yellow gladiolus. We were told that the arrangement needed roughly 45-50 gladiolus and for that amount, it would be $175. If there were less gladiolus, it would be a lesser amount we would have to pay. We decided it was a reasonable price since it was a bigger arrangement. Unfortunately, at the time of pickup, the second picture shows what was delivered. Yes, the arrangement was still beautiful but it was not what we asked for. It had about 30-35 gladiolus, and we were still charged the same price as if had more. Yes, he told me there would be less yellow gladiolus but never told me that there would be less flowers in general. Disappointed with this because all he told us was that he had already given us a discount by not charging us taxes and that the $175 were due. We would have been fine paying the $175 if it had the amount of flowers that we were told. Very disappointed with the service.
