The little guy running the little scale has been lying to people for years. Recently I was next in line behind a lady who wasn't real sure about what she had & he knew it so when she tried to weigh the box of stainless forks spoons etc he told her he couldn't buy it because it "wasn't really stainless because his magnet would stick to it. He's been telling that same lie to people for a long time. Most people will just leave all their stainless there when he tells them that. All grades of stainless from 316 & lower have carbon in them.p That's why a magnet will stick to it......not because it "isn't real stainless". There's no telling how much stainless people just walked away from because he told them he could only weigh it up as tin which would only amount to a few cents.

Very professional , scales are calibrated regularly. If it's copper need a valid ID . Vehicles 30 years and below have to have Title to vehicle and car serial number must be visible. No propane bottles or hazardous material accepted. Be professional and you will be treated with the upmost respect. . If not then you may take it somewhere else. Bottom line. It's a business act accordingly.
