She is very professional, always very responsive, knowledgeable, and I always felt like she was in my corner for what would work best for my family. Need a realtor in MS? Look no further! Seriously, Elizabeth is the BEST! We worked with several different realtors who werent responsive and we felt like we were doing all the leg-work before meeting her. With this being our first home purchase, we werent really sure what our realtor should be helping with, but that ALL changed in the first conversation we had. Elizabeth took the time to explain EVERYTHING in detail, until we fully understood. And I mean everything. From well-pump maintenence to applying for a homestead exemptionElizabeth was a wealth of knowledge. I will always be so thankful we ended up with her. It took her about 3 seconds to learn my style and she was always up-to-date on the new listings. She stood up for us and held her ground in negotiations, she worked long days into long nights several times, she was available at the drop of a hat and is very punctual. We were looking for a home in a different state so we werent familiar with the area but she was able to understand our needs and find us the perfect place. Obviously, I could talk about how great she is all day. But the bottom line is you can stop searching now, because shes the realtor you need!! Now, we not only live in our dream home, in our dream locationwe stayed under our budget. Its been a life-changing experience and Elizabeth will always have our love and gratitude because we couldnt have done it without her.
