I'm one of the elder Baby Boomers and a long time client and member of NAV CU. I've watched them grow up over the last 40+ Years. Over the decades as they grew and expanded one thing hasn't changed. Their members have always remained their most important asset. I'm pretty sure it wouldn't require all ten fingers to count the total of 5 star reviews I've given in the last two decades and I have no reservations giving NAV CU 5 stars today. They've earned it.

Been with this bank for 15 years and its gotten worse and worse. I tried to purchase my 3rd vehicle using navigator and they told me i could only finance 20,000. I went right across the road to singing river and got approved for $40,000 and i dont even have an account with SRFCU. Im about to drop navigator and go to singing river especially since navigator and Huntington ingalls arent taking our loan payments out anymore. The whole reason i used navigator is due to them working with the shipyard and loan notes coming straight from my check. Do your self a favor and go straight to singing river credit union.

After 12 years of being a Navigator customer this bank failed me and my family very badly. Failure to communicate that a account had gone in negative. I bank policy is 30 days late then charge off soon after that. You get the notice on day 30 plus in the mail then day 40 -45 it's charged off. No one called saying hey this is courtesy called we're about to report a 129 charge and drop your credit a 100 points a cross each credit agency . . I didn't get proper notice before damaging my credit. Very bad bank, and bad customer services. Sincerely 12 year customer no problem before theis but no a very big problem they claim they can't correct.

After 12 years of being a Navigator customer this bank failed me and my family very badly. Failure to communicate that a account had gone in negative. The bank policy is to notify you 30 days late then charge off soon after that. You get the notice on day 30 plus in the mail then day 40 -45 it's charged off. No one called saying hey this is courtesy call, upon paying to make the account current I find out my account is being charged off.My problem is that the bank wasn't clear on the time frame to pay then negatively affected my credit without proper notice. Very bad bank and bad customer services. Sincerely 12 year customer no problem before theis but no a very big problem they claim they can't correct.
