Went in today looking for thumb screws. The lady there was not at all helpful and full of attitude. When she finally left me alone, I found some screws that would work. I asked how much they were. She said it would be $14 and change. I went to my car to get a $20. When I get back in there she claims she can't break a 20. What kind of business can't break a 20? Then she tries to send me across the street to a gas station. The nerve! At no time did I feel welcomed in this store.

Don't roll up during closing time or your gonna get some looks, haha. This store seems to have a little.bit of everything, from hardware, tools and safety gear.

This is one of the worst locations I've ever had the displeasure if dealing with. I ordered some material online, shipped to this locstion for pickup. Ordered first of April, here it is April 30th and while they have my order they are closed earlier than their posted hours every single day. I'll be calling corporate very soon as this is absolutely ridiculous. You've been warned.

Needed two ( 2 ) 14mm x 1.5 pitch nuts to go on a FEL on a small tractor - said nuts sell for 75 cents to $1.27 from Fastenal - of course, they didn't have any such critters - but they could have them for Weds ( 2 days away ). I needed them now - so we went for another route - let's find some other bolts which would work - and we did - but instead of 2 to 3 dollars it came out as $35 - they, of course, only had the needed bolts, washers, and nuts in sealed packs ( which they do not break and which [ like hotdawgs and buns ] don't come with the same number of each ) . Downside, I paid 22 times as much - upside, I was able to use the tractor. SO, I give them 5 stars for effort and helpfulness, and 1 star for inventory and cost - for an overall 3.
