Deaconess Home Care

I take care of two 86-year-old people. One is very unhealthy and Im constantly needing home health. Well, when the other one needed home health, they wanted to go with Deaconess because thats who the doctor brought up first, not recommended just First. She just told the doctor to set it up and thats who they set it up with. The first couple of nurses were amazing. They were great. I havent had problems with the nurses at all. Its the office. I have not had much success. Getting phone calls returned first of all. They dont come out to my house. I give my mother her shots but they supply theres syringes. So this morning when I called to tell them, we were out of syringes, and they needed to bring us more to her house, They said OK. Then about an hour and a half two hours later they call us back and say well weve got them down here at the office but we cant bring them to you. I said I cant come get them. Well, we dont have anybody out that way and we cant get them to you. I said, well, I cant come get them and she said OK thank you theyre here. Then im mad. They wont bring them to us. Theyre home health. Medicare payd them to take care of my mother at home. Which this time includes bringing her syringes and supplies. So I get the manager on the phone and she proceeds to tell me theyre gonna bring them to me. How did that change? So I get that manager to bring the girl in her office and of course she said she didnt say it. but when I asked her questions on A three-way conversation where all could be heard by everybody, I blatantly caught her in a lie that she did say it. Because she couldnt answer my question and the manager steps in and says will bring them to you and thats the end of it. So their office lies, doesnt want to bring things to the house and theyre in home healthcare?
