I am not saying she is not intelligent because she is BUT! Her office workers are either stressed, to busy talking to each other about their personal attend to patients and there are a some attentive very good employees. Dr. Menzava herself is destroying her own practice. It took her office 3 months to send in a referral authorization to my insurance. She sent in a prescription to a pharmacy that I don't use and does not take my insurance. After advising her of this at first she did nothing. Two months later I told her again. She did send it to my pharmacy but neither of the pharmacies would fill the prescription without her filling out a questionnaire. I was never able to fill the prescription. When I had a mamogram and the film showed an abnormality with one of my breast I spoke to her about the radiologist request for more film. She said she would have her people send in the insurance referral authorization and make the appointment. After a week I called her office every day for 4 days straight and neither she nor the person in her office that did referrals was available. I was not waiting any longer. I changed Doctors that day and the new doctor had an appointment made the next day for radiology and sent in the referral request the same day. I did the right thing moving on...
