        Saw Mr. Matt early Thursday morning round 9 with a problem with my air unit & came in decent timing and fix our problem.

        BEEN HERE 3 YEARS. THATS 4 TOO LONG. THE WINDOWS ARE OVER 40 YEARS OLD. YOU CAN FEEL THE AIR BLOWING IN WHEN SHUT. THERE IS A GAP UNDER MY DOOR N ONE SIDE BIG ENOUGH FOR ROACHES OR MAYBE A SMALL SNAKE TO GET UNDER. THE LINOLIUM IS COMING LOOSE FROM THE FLOOR. THE SHEETROCK IS ROTTEN BEHIND WASHER. THAT WAY WHEN I MOVED IN. AND DONT COMPLAIN THEY WONT RENEW YOUR LEASE. AND FOR NO REASON GIVEN. ALL I CAN SAY IS GOOD RIDANCE.
