Rooms: Room has a strong moldy or musty smell, looks dirty Kind off like really old nasty wet carpeting smell or something like that. Had some like tabacco or weed residue on night stand ..stains on sheets. Building and everything inside is very old, this is definetly not worth the price

My family had an awful experience here on February 3, 2024. Our room was very dirty, humid, and dusty. This prompted my husband to closely inspect the beds and we observed live, crawling bugs in the crevice between the pillow top portion of the mattress and the base. We quickly gathered our belongings and vacated the room. We checked out and left the property. The manager on duty showed no concern and refused to refund. Will never stay here again and do not recommend. I was disgusted amf felt unsafe. Rooms: My room and my sisters room were dirty and dusty. Mildew rampant in bathroom. Safety: Bugs in crevices of mattress. Unsafe for health and well-being.

Very friendly staff and helpful. Cleanliness and amenities were above and beyond any other hotel establishments within area. Nearby activities: Shopping and dining. Access to variety. Definitely a plus. Walkability: Dining within walking distance and convenient store also. Well lit parking lot and overall entrance to hotel. Safe and friendly. Food & drinks: Breakfast was by far wonderful. And all floors had access to ice machine and vending.

So Im not from Mississippi and my cousin was having a wedding so I was wanting to book a room. I called the number and the rudest man name Robert answered. He was processing my payment and said the card declined so I went on my bank app to see why the payment didnt go through. So to what I have seen I didnt have the exact amount. The cost of the room was around $280 and I only had $250. So I transferred money to my account to have enough to pay for the cost. so he tried to process the payment again and on my bank app it shows me it took the $250 that was originally in my account and then another $280. When I tried to explain what was happening he was being absolutely ugly. Asking my age and if I knew what I was doing like I was stupid or something. And when I ask to speak to someone else he said no, knowing there was someone else who could have handled the situation way better. I work in customer service and that is not the way you speak. At my job you would have been fired. So no I dont recommend, the service was awful!
