I am giving Kendra 5 stars. I only give the dealership 4 stars. The reason being is the GM would not honor the listed pricing on their website. I was told it was a human error, but they still would not honor the pricing. They could have thrown in some Chevy plastic mats : ). All in all, my experience was painless. Once again, Kendra was EVERYTHING!

The experience I had was more than disappointing. My husband called the service department last Saturday, when my Malibu wouldnt start. The anti theft light was on, after doing some research, we determined that it needed to be reset with new keys. When he spoke to the service department, he was told that there were two different key fob options, and the one we needed was the cheaper of the two, by at least $100, and we needed two fobs. We had the car towed to the dealership. Monday morning while my husband was at work, I was the one who called to again tell them what was wrong. I was told that it would be $848. We thought that the price was high, but didnt have any other option. When my husband went to pick up my car yesterday, he realized that they gave us the more expensive key fobs, with automatic start, which we have never had in the 7 years that we owned the car. I feel like I was taken advantage of as a woman because I didnt know the difference, or the correct questions to ask. The 10 year old car may last us a year or two, and we now magically have a car with automatic start. This is incredibly disheartening that in this economy, when people are just managing to get by, that a large establishment like this would take this route, without considering the age of the vehicle and going over these options with the owner.

The Mac Haik Madison Chevrolet Service Department Reps Mr. Ted and Darius are Great!! When ever I call on Mr. Ted, he's so accommodating and nice. I love that guy! They do good work in the back in a timely manner too. Happy customer here!!!
