When I discovered that I had hail damage to my roof I contacted my insurance agent who highly recommended Pro-Shield as a very reputable roofing company.
After calling Pro-Shield they sent their Project Manager, Ian McGraw, out to meet with me to discuss the process of replacing my roof.
I had never dealt with anything like this before and was naturally skeptical and quite overwhelmed. Mr. McGraw immediately put me at ease and assured me he would be there every step of the way during this process. Not only did he deal with my insurance company, he was also hands on from start to finish. There was never a time that I felt pushed or coerced to make a quick decision that I wasnt comfortable with. Mr. McGraw was patient and answered all of my questions.
The workers were on time, very conscientious and respectful of my property. They actually finished the project in one day which was amazing. When they left at the end of the day my property was neat and tidy.
I cant say enough good about the profession manner in which everyone associated with this company exhibited.
I highly recommend Pro-Shield, especially Ian McGraw. In todays world its not often you get to deal with an honest, straightforward individual who truly cares about his client, but this gentleman does!
