This place needs to close !!!!
There is always one person working and she will only give service to white women
If ur not she will give u every excuse in book not to do your nails
There can be nobody waiting she will say its an hour wait
Or she cant do what u ask
Even simple task
But when her regular clients walk in she works on them right away

Ive been going to this place maybe at least once a year now for the last 2-3 years and I used to just get a gel manicure and toe polish or pedicure which was amazing every time, but I went in to get my nails done for Christmas and showed her an inspo picture and my nails turned out nothing like the picture, they were thicker than I had expected and just didnt look right but my toes were done nicely, besides the fact that she just went with the accent color I had on my nails and I didnt get to choose what color polish I wanted on my toes.

Ive been going here since they opened. Even before the new owners came. So I continued after they arrived. Apple is the tech her husband is usually hiding so she does all the work. If its empty shes fine but when she gets a crowd she can rush and be rude. Well shes been rude 3 or so times with me but today was the worst. She rushed and half did my nails because she had 2 people waiting. That doesnt give you a right to give me poor service when Im paying $90 plus every time I come. And I go faithfully every 2 weeks. Well I asked her to fixed 2 spots she missed on my nails and she went ballistic saying shes tired of people trying to get free services and she would charge me to fix the spots: now I havent even left yet. Then she accused me of messing them up when you could clearly see they just were never painted and anyone who gets nails done know the difference between a smudge done by the client and just a spot missed by the tech. Then she proceeded to grab my hand and started aggressively filing it I said let my hand go and she refused she squeezed it so tight. Now if I wouldnt retaliated I wouldve been wrong but bottom line I should press charges on her for assault the way she squeezed and beat my hand. Especially since Ive been a loyal customer for years and have never asked for anything free not to mention they over charge for every service and only do basic stuff there with out of date colors. Thats how loyal I was but then to be treated like this. Then she swaps the chairs when its your turn to make you think you are getting a clean chair when in fact shes not cleaning anything. She also uses the same gloves on everyone all day. She goes to the sink and washes her hands with them on sometimes she doesnt even do that. So yeah I dont recommend anyone to go here unless you want to be overcharged for rude and outdated services. Services: Pedicure, Manicure
