The smell when you walk in the door is heavenly and for a lucedale place I didnt get my hopes up but the brisket I think Ive ever had supper juicy but falls right apart with perfect little char around the edges of the meat. Fantastic friendly host 10/10 I recommend

The pulled pork and brisket is awesome. The Mac & Cheese to die for. The sauces...just right. Baked beans a surprise. A small town BBQ that puts the big city places in the ground.

Hidden gem of lucedale! Had a wonderful meal here! Only complaint is that there was too much food!! And our server fixed that easily with to go containers. Ordered the "little bit of everything"... yeah its a lot of everything! That dish will feed at least 4 people! The burnt ends were my favorite, followed by the pimento cheese dip.. the dip was smoky and savory! The boiled peanuts were a great addition as well. The sausage, and brisket were both top notch. My favorite thing about the place was the sauces. Not only were they very tasty... they were in 1 quart squeeze bottles at the table, so you could use as much or as little as you want. The white BBQ sauce was really good as well. The banana pudding is good if you have room.. (I didn't) I'll definitely be back!
