        Ordered yesterday and will not be ordering again I felt like I was ripped off Ordered the sweet lemon roses looked good in the picture but when my wife showed me what was delivered I felt ripped off definitely won't be Ordering there again

        I ordered a fruit basket for my Mothers 82nd Birthday. My mom was beyond thrilled and happy and said It was humongous! Also the Staff on the phone and the sweet delivery person were amazing!       Hello Michael, I am so very sorry you were not pleased with your order. The young lady who received it was very happy with it. We do have a disclaimer on our website stating we reserve the right to substitute any flower we do not have, with something similar. And since you requested a rush delivery we did not have time to wait for our flower truck to arrive. Having said that.. the only flower we did not have was a filler and we chose to substitute additional premium roses in their place to give you an even greater value than the $60 you ordered.I would have appreciated the opportunity to fix it for you and would have happily done so if you called us.We love what we do and always want our customers to be pleased. Since we failed to meet your expectations, I will contact FSN and make sure you receive a full refund for your order.Again, Im sorry you were not happy with our services.
