their autopay system lacks flexibility, they choose the date and thats that. You cannot ask for it to be taken out sooner. All autopays I have ever used allow you to pick your date prior the due date. Their system needs updating and being more inline with the times. Their is no reason their system needs to lack such options.

They turn your power off for lack of payment. You prove to them where you paid it with the confirmation number THEY give you. Then THEY try to make it out to be your fault that THEY screwed up. Very unprofessional. Edit-their response just makes it even better. Still don't want to admit it was their fault.

What an awesome excellent job the guys from Singing River did getting our right of way cleared and getting that tall tall power pole put in for us!! They left what they cleared clean of all debris, just some beautiful clean tree trunks left for us to use for firewood. And special kudos to Athan for making it all happen so quickly and beautifully!!! Way to go, guys!

Neighborhood HOA had SREP install several new light poles. All well and good except the trencher is actually a mini backhoe and instead of a trench they dig a ditch big enough to be fox hole. All to run one cable the diameter of your finger. Tearing up a lot of ground. They also will bring multiple Big rig bucket trucks & trailers that are not even there to work they are just there to park on private property and chill with their buddies at lunch. Moreover, the young fellow that is there chilling with his big rig truck and trailer decides to show out for his buddies and drive recklessly and onto peoples yards. No respect for customers property.
