Manager shook my hand insuring the day before they would be open ! I arrive to complete a new account transaction to a sign saying closed due to inclement weather ! All other store locations are open I spent 4 hours in this location paid for new phones and still havent obtained my purchased property . But having to drive to another open location

My wife and i recently switched our business over to Verizon Wireless. We walked into the Lucedale, MS office and fell in love with the staff and their customer service. After a few minutes we knew we had made the right decision. Blake and Jackie were so helpful explaining all the different features and benefits our business would receive by making the switch. They also were very transparent about service and prices. Were super happy with the service so far and anytime we have questions the staff are more than happy to help. Wish we could give 10 stars!!!

My wife and I recently switched from AT&T to Verizon Wireless. Customer service was incredible. Blake was very knowledgeable when it came to all cellular services. Blake helped us with my upgrade. He made the process so easy, and thoroughly explained the answer to any questions we had. He was able to make the time we had to spend in the store enjoyable. Highly recommend him.
