        Went there after I could not reach my All-State agent. I had a policy question and could not reach an agent. The agency was out of town. I called these guys and they gave me a great quote. They are local so getting in touch will be a whole lot easier!

        Been with FB for 13 yrs moving to MS. Called the local company. Gal who answered the phone had a very rude attitude. Looks like FB may be losing my business. If thats her attitude to people shopping Id hate to see her customer service skills to existing customers.
