        Waited two hours when we had a set appointment. Called and at first didnt answer so I called from a new number and of course he answered that time and told him I had work at a certain time and he was very rude and said he wouldnt be able to make it and that I could just call someone else even though we had an appointment. Horrible service would never use again!!

        Called on Sunday the day before Labor day. He came to the house within a hour of me calling him. Fixed the problem quickly and was very reasonable. Service: A/C system repair
