I took my wife to this nail salon and its definitely the best place in the area. I recommend this business to anyone looking for a awesome nail salon. They go above and beyond. GOD Bless!!

So disappointed. Training at GPT for 4 months and went to them 5 times and tipped them well as well as was patient through their slow process and trouble with communication yet when I went in today at 4:10 to have them fix three broken nails. They said they had no time for me bc they close at 5:00pm although they took a lady after me for a pedi and mani. Even after the lady after me said it is ok I can come back she was here before me they said no problem we take care of u too. She took her seat I thanked her and Then the man just said no we have no time and she is getting pedi. Felt embarrassed and frustrated. I had been the only one there on a couple of the visits and today they treated me so disgracefully. Greed has an ugly face.

Absolutely terrible. Everything from the nails to the customer service. I showed them what I wanted and they was ok with it but when it got to the undertone of my nails I told them to leave it clear and they argued me up and down saying how they have a degree and know what they are doing . They also said how itll be ugly if I do it that way never mind Ive done it that way for the past year and a half . I wanted a simple design and they messed that up . The paint is lop sided and just all around a no for me . I will never and I mean NEVER cheat on my nail tech at Hannahs nails and spa .. the first is what I wanted the second is what I got . The undertone doesnt match not even in the slightest . I now have to pay more $$ for Hannahs to fix the paint ontop of the $55 Ive already paid . This is ridiculous. I work with people all day CUSTOMER SERVICE ISNT HARD !! Service: Acrylic nails
