    Not impressed with their price for a basic carb swap on a generator $300. Also didnt even put all the screws back First run of the "fixed" generator and it leaked gas all inside the case. This was the original problem I took it in for. They are now refusing to fix it according to my contacts with the manufacturer. Do business with literally anyone else.

    Avoid at all costs mine was an admittedly unique situation but in the end I can only describe what I was left with is weaponized incompetence.i took a generator welder in for what I thought would be a kholer warenty but it turned out was a lincoln issue. The battery was not charging and it turned out someone dropped a bolt inside and destroyed the magnets and alternator. They called and got lincolns permission to do the work and lincoln would pay for it. Keep in mind the only issue with the machine was the battery wouldn't charge.after "fixing the issue" the battery did charge but they left the controller un plugged it no longer registered when it would stop welding the plugs for the generator side no longer provide power and to top it off they tried to give me the wrong bolts for the battery cover. When they were informed of this issue they plugged the controlld back in and then claimed the battery was bad and couldn't find a replacement. It's going to another shop now and when I picked it up the battery is fine and the machine fired right up. TLDR if you take something here they will give it back with more problems then it came in with and tell you they can't find a new battery for it to get out of fixing their mistakes and won't even bother checking it before they tell you it's "fixed.

    Great at sales / horrible at keeping their word. I go out of my way to buy / shop local but I absolutely regret the decision to purchase from Jerrys. Purchased $3k riding mower. Was having issues off the bat. Was told by Johnny (the owner) after the 3rd time that it had been in the shop that if it didnt perform moving forward that he would give me every dime that I paid. Well months later I continued to have the same issue and went back to see Johnny. On this visit he said that he could not return or exchange the mower but sell it for me on consignment and encouraged me to purchase another mower while I waited for mine to sell. I called and left a few messages to check but never received a follow up call. I went in to see Johnny who basically told me that he cant find my mower anywhere and that he would call me at the end of the week with a remedy. That was a month ago. I have text him for the past three weeks with no response. Not only is this unprofessional but totally disrespectful at this point. Dont make the same mistake. Honesty, integrity and standing behind your product should matter.
