        Great Place and people. I have been driving for 40 years now and these are some old school people. My alternator belts broke on my old school truck loves didn't have any and directed me across the street to fleet service diesel and Tyler went out of his way to help get the belts I needed. Thanks for all your help.

        Fleet Services Diesel, is a Blessing. I blew my radiator and they repaired it in less then 12 hours. The price was right and the mechanics were on top of there mechanical skills. I pulled in at 08:00 and was diagnosed and parts ordered by 09:00. Most drivers know that good mechanics are hard to find. When you break down, a lot of mechanics try to take advantage of us. Not this shop. I never expected them to prioritize in this manor. Now, I am sitting here at the customer thanking God, that I am still able to provide service to the customer and unloading in the morning. Thanks to Fleet Services Diesel, management and staff.         Came here to buy 4 batteries and get installed. They stretched it out to an hour and 45 mins of labor charges. Any decent mechanic can swap 4 batteries out in 30 mins. They checked the alternator which I didnt ask them to do but again that only takes a second. They intentionally stretched it out to charge me more money. To top it off the big fat sweaty mechanic that pulled my truck out the shop got my driver seat all wet from his stinky sweat. Dont go here, go somewhere honest.

      Mr. Cage sorry you didn't have the best experience you could have at our facility. Just to clear a few things up we did not even charge you our full shop minimum which is 2 hours, which you were okay with at the beginning of the repair. This is standard procedure for our shop. The reason the job took longer than your outlined 30 minutes is because we had to repair the battery hold down bolts which were seized. We certainly were not going to haphazardly repair these. Now that would be dishonest. We checked your alternator output to make sure you would not have any other issues down the road, since we were still within our 2 hour window that you were aware of up front. I also remember specifically talking to you about this and it was okay at the time for us to quickly check your alternator. Next time we will be more aware of where we take a seat when we are sweaty, we apologize for that. Please give me a call at 601-425-1856 to discuss further if you would like. Thank you sir!
