        Ive suffered with heel spurs and plantars fasciitis and have seen other physical therapists in Laurel with no relief. So, I decided to try Optimal Performance. Lori was my PT and did an excellent job in getting me better and showing me things that I could do at home to keep my feet happy. I had 8 sessions and we did a variety of things - including dry needling, cupping, and soft tissue massage, which the other PTs never did, but I think it made a big difference! I highly recommend her if you are struggling with this kind of thing!
