Being out of state, I gave Sandi a list of houses I had viewed online; Sandi viewed the neighborhoods and the houses I had listed and (keeping my needs and wants in mind) explained why she felt those particular houses were maybe not the right houses for me. She worked diligently on finding a house that met my requirements in a good neighborhood within my budget. During the buying process she never once failed to keep me informed and happily answered any questions I had.
Sandi consistently worked out issues that cropped up in the buying and closing of my home. Without hesitation, she found timely solutions, and I found myself genuinely touched by how she devoted herself to getting me into my home as soon as possible. If I was to describe Sandi in words, the words I would use would be consistent, hardworking, diligent, knowledgeable, kind, and a problem solver. I definitely would use her as my realtor again. With her years of experience and knowledge of the housing market she found the perfect house for me, I can say I love my home, and I can never thank her enough.
