        We had our house insured by them, we got roof damage from a storm . They came out and gave us $7,100 said didnt need a total new roof just a patch job. So we call roofing companies, no one ever comes out after looking the first time . . We go to sell the house the realtor has a inspector turns out we need a whole new roof not a patch job. Fortunately she finds someone that will do it for $7,100 . So basically we were lied to by farm bureau . Also had auto with them , we had a wreck , not our fault ,with a uninsured driver. The woman that handled our wreck was very rude and short with us. Do not recommend at all , we switched to Allstate and get much better service. Still annoyed about them lying about the roof of our house.
