        Really nice stop for Truck Care. I stopped at 3. Love's to try to get a PM done on my truck. At 1pm to 3pm, two locations said it would be the next morning, and one didn't have a pit for oil changes, and their lift was broken, so they said they couldn't do a PM. I decided to call the Lake, MS location, and Derrick to my call and immediately told me they could do it and he could put me in line over the phone. He took my info, and I told him I would be there and 30 minutes. Made it there about 4 pm, and Derrick was gone, but he told Shay that I was coming. She told me to drop my trailer, and she would call me in about 45 min. She called me and the mechanic (sorry I didn't get his name). He had me up and running by 6:30 pm. As a truck driver, it's appreciated when the people you do business with value your time because time is everything for us out on the road. Thanks, Derrick, Shay, and the mechanic for the excellent experience.
