Kevin was advertising a Bad Boy mower on Facebook marketplace. While it wasn’t the exact one I was looking for, I reached out to him and asked him about pricing on the ZT elite. Not only did he respond quickly, but he told me they had them in stock at their Kosciusko store. Even better, it was nearly $1000 cheaper than the local dealer who was not willing to budge on price whatsoever. I told Kevin I wanted it, paid a deposit the next day, and a day later, drove out and picked up.
Robert was the salesman working the shop when I arrived. He was kind, knowledgeable, and the process was easy. He even helped me get my new mower loaded up and tied down for the trip back home to Jackson.
They did not have an extra user manual in their store, so Kevin put together a care package for me and sent it to my home address, including a little extra swag.
Good prices, Quick communication, and friendly service. What more can you ask for?
Well I expect this mower to last the rest of my life, should I ever need to purchase another zero turn mower, I will not hesitate to use Pearl River Outdoor again, and will definitely recommend them to all my friends and associates.
