        Wesley was very resourceful with giving us contacts, but trying to reach the adjuster, BreeAnn Lewis is a joke. She wouldn't answer until after contacting her supervisor, Karesha Oscar! Upon speaking with BreeAnn, she is very rude & spoke to us in condescending tones, which was totally unnecessary and we advised her that her behavior wasn't warranted! This is unacceptable and unprofessional, She wasn't helpful at all. Her assistance or the lack of was Arbitrarily and Capriciously given! Carol was very helpful in reaching Craig Hurt (supervisor) due to Jake Mullins being out of town for a couple of days. All in all, after getting past the previous obstacles mentioned above, the experiences with Shelter Insurance have been pleasant aside from the Lack of "Customer Service Skills" by BreeAnn Lewis! Thank You Craig for Your Compassion shown for Mr. Willie Delaney's dilemma! We Appreciate You!
