This website stars definitely needs an upgrade! I have experienced both sides of their customer service.. I have to appreciate the new employees for quick,sufficient and Extremely kind!! EXCELLENT SERVICE YALL! because before them,NOTHING was being handeled and if so, you had to wait 6mos for whatever you were requesting..

I have been waiting on a PERMIT for 10 WEEKS!!! 3 separate times now they have told me that the mail system is the one messing up, not them. I live on the coast and mail to and from Jackson happens within 3 days TOPS. First they said it was my schools fault for not sending my final report which they did and it was delivered a few days after my school sent it. It took the state 3 weeks after it was delivered to supposedly get my final report. Many weeks after that they finally said that they mailed my permit on Oct 9th. They just told me this morning it wasnt to me yet because its only been a week. Mail only takes a couple of days!!!! They are lying and then most unprofessional people I have ever had to deal with. Its sad that its this bad and so many people have problems with them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I moved here since feb 2022, Im a military spouse. Its now the of sept 2023, Im about to flip out on these people. Im a licensed cosmologist and the fact that I cant seem to get them to transfer my license so I can operate in Mississippi is baffling!!! Its been over a year this is not professional at all and Im still in square one. Ive turned in my application and documents over 3 times, Ive had my home state board send a verification over 3 times now too. All I get back is we never received ur documents in the mail. If you dont have high blood pressure, just wait till you deal with them. So unprofessional and unorganized!!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO UPSET IN MY LIFE!
