@ulmerschildrenshoes @avas_childrensboutique my daughter Courtney Williamson & my grandson Levi Ray just got his new walking shoes today here at @ulmerschildrenshoes . They were super nice to my daughter and my grandson Levi Ray ! The store is so clean and everyone was very nice A large amount of shoes to choose from for Boys and this is very rare to find. I called this store and ordered some red foot-mates for my daughter for kindergarten. I asked if they would ship them UPS so that I would have them via 1 business day time in transit. The ladies were kind and very helpful. I did not receive them until the day after I needed them. I called the store not to ask for credit but to understand why they told me I would have them and then they didnt go via UPS. The ladies there immediately became defensive instead of trying to help me understand what had occurred. I finally realized (tracking number) that they did indeed take them to the UPS store but UPS can ship USPS and the box was labeled 3 day priority. They chose not to ship them UPS because it would have cost $24 which is too much but they could have called me. Im not even upset that I didnt receive them because life happens and I knew there was a chance I wouldnt have them but what I am most disappointed in is that the ladies just hung up on me instead of being concerned that theyre was some confusion. They have sweet shoes and they were helpful at first but Ill never purchase again because their behavior was very unprofessional. Jenah Dickens -
