        David Montcrief refused to SHOW us a property without having a pre approval letter. I guess if he thought we were just looking and weren't ready to buy, he couldn't waste his time. I know who won't be our agent when we're ready to purchase. Prospective buyers BEWARE! I gave one star because zero wasn't a choice.
