        Led me to believe that they could help me with my grandson. After talking with a lady there multiple times, she stops texting me, calling me, started ignoring my calls. Today got a letter stating that they don't have the resources to help everyone who needs help. My grandson doesn't meet their "criteria". Very misguiding staff. Very disappointed. Wasted my time. I need help for my grandson, and they didn't do anything just dropped him like he's nothing. Pathetic.
