These people are God sent angels. Was traveling from Atlanta to Dallas and the belt broke for the second time because of an air compressor failure. Waiting for a tow truck, two gentlemen with the exact same car as mine pull up and helped me tow the car using his and took me to the nearest AutoZone store. Helped apply discounts to the ac parts and got the job done within 1 hour. Sweet souls called twice after leaving Mississippi to make sure we are safe and on the way. Thanks to Robs 24 Hour Assistant, The Best Mechanical in the the world, I was in Jackson on 10/9/21 my car was running hot and I pull up the too the service station, it was a two Secuity on duty at the time so they saw when we pull up came too my car and look at it and while they was looking at it, Two Guys pull up and was asking what was the problem so Robert and his Co- worker got out the truck and look at my car and Robert told me exactly what I needed, he call in for my parts, he let me use his Discount, and his Co- worker went got the parts.Robs 24 hour Assistance is the one to call when you need road side Assistance. I had a car that was sitting for a year that I wanted to give to my niece for her 18th birthday and Rob got it running. I am so pleased with his service. He is A HONEST MECHANIC. In all my years of living I can truly say that I am 100% confident in his mechanic work. Great Service!

Was having problems with what I thought was my transmission, I had taken it to several other mechanics, who told me that it was my transmission, but a friend of mine told me about, Robs so i let Rob take a look at it and after running test he come to the conclusion that it was a fuel problem, low fuel compression. So his conclusion was bad fuel pump replaced fuel pump and fuel filter and me car was running like new. Thanks Rob i recommend Robs 24 hour assistance

We broke down in a whole different state with our children and our pets on the way to tennessee. I was very fortunate to find rob. He came in the middle of the night to help us out and we had to wait for the part store to open the next morning he woke up brite and early to help us out. We dont know what we would have done without his help. He was very knowledgeable, reliable and extremely affordable!
