Friendly and helpful staff! They didn't offer what I was looking for, but they where so kind to assist me with information to point me in the direction that I needed. Marcella was an absolute gem! I was able to find the service that I needed because of her! Thank you so much.

After using this clinic for approximately 8 years, I was told at my last annual checkup they were not booking appointments but would call patients to schedule the next years appt, was left with no doctor......never got that call, Using MEA for refills till I find a personal doctor!

My doctor is Dr. Jackson, she is thoughtful and to the point.I appreciate her, and tells me things I need to do. It was a hard day for me, but I want the truth and she definitely tells me.A huge shoutout to Ashley and Alexus!They are both amazing, and non judgmental.I appreciate you guys so much!!You both make make me feel so welcomed, and that is hard to do, when it comes to medical issues!!Always,Beth

I personally dont like the policy of my lab work being done in the exam room. I would like to contact the owners in Memphis concerning this policy and need an address
