However, occasional stockouts on popular items can occur during peak hours.Employee Availability and Engagement: 2/5 This is where Southerlands falls short. Despite the abundance of staff, they seem elusive, almost ghost-like. It's challenging to find assistance when needed, and even when you do manage to locate an employee, they often appear disengaged or uninterested in helping. What a lack of respect from the worker and a bad example on her part. Today we went with my dad and mom. I'm not from this country so I don't speak English well. I speak 4 languages. I still don't speak Spanish. I'm learning English. It felt ugly. Just because of my skin color, I imagine he thought I spoke Spanish and the way he said it to the other employee felt ugly from my point of view, but that's where we see which workers we really have to have and people who don't pass by on the phone anymore. and have a good activity with clients who do not speak English, who are there to help and find solutions with clients so that they are satisfied, more work and less telephone
