I tried to use Laundry Expres twice recently. On the first try, two different machines rejected two different Visa cards, both valid cards, up to date, in good physical conditions, causing loss of two amounts of soap. The place was empty of customers; the only other person there was a homeless person. I tried again later with some quarters but the homeless man was still there sitting on the floor in the front in a corner. I didn't see him till I opened the door and it didn't feel safe, so I turned around took my still unwashed clothes home. At $7.75+ per load I expected a successful wash and decent experience.
Not a great first visit.
