My husband and I were in Jackson MS over the weekend of September 12th, four hours away from home, and found ourselves in desperate need of a root canal for him.. We were referred to Dr Thad Strange, a local endodontist who met us at his office on Sunday and performed the necessary procedure. Thank goodness there are still some professionals who will go out of their way to help a person in need. Thank you Dr. Strange!

After two failed attempts to complete a root canal, I had to seek care from a different Endodontist. Xrays showed that Dr Strange had left a piece of drill in the root. I have reported and met with the MS Dental Board re this matter. I would NOT that anyone seek treatment from Dr Strange.

Dr Strange was very professional. He was quick to schedule me in for an appointment, got me to his office and got me in the back very quickly. Once I was in the chair, he took his time, he was very concerned about my comfort level, in making sure everything was to my satisfaction, and he called twice to make sure I was okay after I left. I was and I still am very pleased with him, his staff, and his friendly/thorough/professional service. I would definitely go back to him when necessary. I do recommend him! And my pain was gone immediately.

I was taken advantage of by the staff and a root canal was performed prematurely. Since then Dr. Strange has fired 2 employees but refuses to refund me for the unnecessary service that was performed. Dr. Strange and his new staff have been inconsistent with their communication and no one is assuming responsibility. If you are able to seek treatment else where I highly recommend that.
