Maddox is awesome Blessing helping us pay our bills that's so nice of the agency awesome thanku sooo much) I had appointment April 4/ 10:45 am I have new phone I didn't know my caseworker was trying call me 11:44am & I was on other end calling her 11:43 leaving her message & I missed my appointment omg I felt sick on stomach & I was mad at myself ) but I appreciate them helping me in past

Don't answer the phone so u can set up appointments to get help with paying my bills. U get person that say she is a operator and put u on a line where no one answers just a machine they say u are 21,all way to number one than the phone just ring no one answer, I stay on line for 9am until 4pm didn't talk to no one

I filled out application and turned in documents and talked with a worker just to be told she won't be the case worker and I was then told they are short of staff.
