My wife and I are going through couples therapy and its really allowing us to open up more to the situations that have us in the state of unhappiness within our marriage. Dr. Robinson is amazing and we cant wait to continue doing more work with her.

Called to schedule session for family and requested Mr Buxton after reading Great reviews. I Was told I may get him and I may not. Then I was given an option for telehealth visit; which was not preferable, but I agreed. When I asked about someone calling me back about cost before scheduling, I was placed on a long hold. After telling her I did not need a Psych visit, I was placed on hold again and told when I make up my mind or looked around, I could call back but Friday and Saturday options may not be available then because " we book up fast". This, after a Traumatizing event was even more Traumatic and Totally Unnecessary. It starts with your front office staff.

Called to schedule initial apt. Process was good until the sales pitch for "premium service" at an additional $35 initial then $35 / month on top of counseling rate. When I asked for an explanation, I was told that if I could not afford the extra fee this month - it would be waived but due next month. When I asked if it was mandatory, I was informed that it is not mandatory, but I was not told why I had to sign up for this if it was not mandatory. As a result of this conversation, I cancelled my appointment and will seek other counseling where the fee schedule does not have hidden extras.
