Home Warranty Company sent this individual to fix a problem with a water heater. In attic for less than 5 minutes. Indicated issue was fixed and water would heat within hours. Issue not resolved. Reached back out to individual and can not get a return call. Reported to Home Warranty Company as bad vendor.

This guy is terrible! Had a leak in my bathtub faucet, when he finally showed up he was late, never called, he came in, tracked dog poop all through my house, and made a huge mess in the bathroom, he came out and my wife asked him a simple question and he was very rude to her and ignored her, then he came back inside and said its fixed and walked out, I went to check behind him and he had not fixed the problem as the faucet was still leaking, i called and rescheduled another appointment and he never showed up, I would not recommend him to anyone
