Scheduled for installation and cancelled FIVE times. The delays were initially caused by shipping problems at the manufacture level (not Romanoffs fault), but rather than proactively call ahead and say that the carpet wasnt available yet, they let us keep getting the room prepped and then cancelling the day of our scheduled install. This is a secondary home so we had to have our property manager prep the home each install date. This resulted in exorbitant and unnecessary out of pocket expenses. Romanoff installs for Home Depot. Ordered carpet through Home Depot for our entire upstairs, free installation included. The installation company was Romanoff Renovations. They were very responsive and kept me updated on what was going to happen next. They arrived on time and and had the floor done in no time.
